About KeePass
KeePass is a free, open-source password manager that stores all your passwords in an encrypted database file on your local device. Unlike cloud-based managers, your passwords never leave your computer unless you choose to sync them yourself (via Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). KeePass uses AES-256 encryption and supports auto-type for filling credentials, a password generator, plugins for browser integration, and database key files for two-factor authentication. Available on Windows natively, with community ports for macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
